About Jude

I plan and run inbound tours across Sri Lanka for Arabiers Holidays, looking after travellers who arrive from the UAE and further afield. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Hospitality Management from the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management, but most of what I know comes from the road from travelling every route myself before it ever reaches a guest's itinerary.

I'm rarely behind a desk for long. A normal month might find me timing the climb up Sigiriya at first light, driving the back roads of the Cultural Triangle to Dambulla, watching the mist lift over the tea country around Nuwara Eliya, or out before dawn tracking leopards in Yala and elephants at Udawalawe. I inspect the hotels, ride with the drivers and sit down with the guides before any of them earn a place in a package, so the small things that quietly make or break a trip are sorted long before a guest notices them. I'm also the photographer behind much of what you see on our Sri Lanka pages. Those aren't stock images; they're my own frames, taken in the very places I send people to. It's the same instinct that keeps my itineraries well-paced and dependable, built on roads I've actually driven and places I've actually stayed.

I'm often the first face our guests see in Sri Lanka, at arrivals with the name board, sorting the transfer and walking them through the days ahead before we leave the terminal. Starting a trip in person is how I make sure it begins the way it's meant to.

Before a safari goes into a package, I'm in the park at first light myself, learning which gate clears quickest, which trackers read the leopards best, and where the morning light is right for the photos I take for our pages. This detail only comes from being there.

These are the drivers and guides I ride with and vet before any of them go onto a guest's itinerary. I know their vehicles, their road sense and how they handle a long day, because a trip is only ever as good as the people running it on the ground.

It was good experience with the arabiers team.srilanka is a very lovely place to visit.we enjoyed our stayed at Kandy the hotel stay was very pleasant & comfortable.Mr Jude was constantly checking on us if any assistance was needed & the coordination was really quick.Appreciate their warm welcome at the airport.just need to work on with hotel team specially at bentota or else we as a family enjoyed a lot.The guide was aslo good.love to visit back again.

A Perfect Family Holiday

We had an amazing trip to Sri Lanka. The country is incredibly beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with a perfect balance of nature, culture, wildlife, and relaxation. Our itinerary covered scenic hill country, tea plantations, waterfalls, cultural sites, and coastal areas. Places like Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, and the southern coast were all unique and memorable in their own way. The views from the hills were breathtaking, especially the train route landscapes. A special mention to Mr Jude and Mr Samera, who were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the trip. He ensured our journey was comfortable and adjusted plans whenever needed, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The hotels were well chosen, clean, and offered great hospitality.

Professional and Reliable Travel Support

Our Sri Lanka trip was very well organized. Jude coordinated everything smoothly and was extremely supportive throughout. Unfortunately, due to natural weather conditions, we couldn’t complete a few planned visits — but the team handled the situation responsibly. A special thanks to Mr. Mustaq, our driver and guide. He was friendly, patient, and guided us like a family member, ensuring our safety even during difficult moments. We look forward to visiting again to cover the spots we missed. Overall, a genuinely professional and caring team — highly recommended.

Fantastic Ramayana Trail Tour

I contacted Jude Abraham in February 2025 to start planning our Ramayana Trail Tour along with Pinnawale Elephant Orphanage visit. Jude was very accommodating and planned with me for months. Our entire tour was for 8 Nights and 9 Days. We had an excellent Tour Guide - Channa appointed by Arabiers Travel. Channa was fantastic, resourceful, efficient and so friendly. He ensured during our long road travels we could try various fresh fruits from the roadside stalls. He arranged our Tuk Tuk at the Nine Arch Bridges much in advance. He negotiated with boat riders and tour guides at the site on our behalf. A true friend. My husband and I truly enjoyed our entire trip and we look forward to more visits in Sri Lanka with Arabiers.

A breathtaking trip

We had a truly wonderful experience with Arabiers right from the beginning. A special thanks to Jude, who was exceptionally patient and attentive to every detail while planning our trip. He curated a fantastic 9-day itinerary covering Colombo, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, and Bentota, making our journey through Sri Lanka absolutely memorable. The resorts booked for us were stunning and among the best recommended in each location. Additionally, all the drivers arranged by Jude were courteous, helpful, and made our travel smooth and enjoyable. One of the best travels for Sri Lanka trip

Our family of six visited Srilanka in March 2025. We had 7 days Itinerary made by Arabiers travels. We had a great vacation. The itinerary made by Mr Jude included each and every thing required by us and also all the must see spots. Our whole family enjoyed the trip thoroughly. The Hotel stays are exceptional. Our driver cum guide Supun is very good, co-operative and always eager to help us. Our whole hearted thanks for Mr Jude from Arabiers for the the memorable trip.
